• "License" means the grant of rights set out in our Digital Product License.
• "Website" means atlasglobal.store and all subdomains.

3. Products and Services

Atlas develops and sells its own first-party digital products. We are not a third-party marketplace, payment facilitator, or reseller. All products sold on this website are originally authored, curated, or commercially packaged by ATLAS GLOBAL TECH LTD.

We are not a financial services company, crypto company, or investment business. Our products are software tools, AI resources, and digital development kits — they are not financial advice, investment products, or promises of income.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. No raw card data ever touches Atlas servers.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly where fraud is suspected.

5. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally. After confirmed payment, you will receive a secure download link by email. Download links are valid for 72 hours and allow up to 5 downloads. See our Digital Delivery Policy for full details.

6. License

Purchase of a Product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product as set out in our Digital Product License. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license the Product unless explicitly stated in the License.

7. Intellectual Property

All Products are Atlas-developed works incorporating selected open-source components under their respective MIT licenses. Third-party notices are preserved in THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md. The Atlas name, logo, and brand are trademarks of ATLAS GLOBAL TECH LTD.

8. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Products, refunds are evaluated case-by-case. See our Refund Policy for full terms and eligibility criteria.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any Product will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for ensuring that Products are compatible with your systems before purchase.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATLAS GLOBAL TECH LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our website or Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
