Digital Product License

Atlas Digital Product License

This license governs your use of digital products purchased from Atlas Global Tech Ltd. By downloading or using any Atlas product, you agree to the terms of this license.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your payment of the applicable fee, Atlas Global Tech Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• Download and use the product for your own personal or business purposes.
• Modify and adapt the product for your own use.
• Use the product in projects for your clients (if you are a freelancer or agency), provided you do not redistribute the original product files.

2. What You May Do

• Use the product on unlimited projects for yourself or your own business.
• Modify, extend, and build upon the product for your own use.
• Use AI commands with any LLM of your choice (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Import and run automation workflows in your own n8n instance.
• Deploy website kits to your own hosting or Vercel account.

3. What You May Not Do

• Resell or redistribute the product, in whole or in part, as a standalone product.
• Sub-license the product to third parties.
• Include the product in a competing product, template marketplace, or digital product bundle.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, license headers, or attribution included in the product.
• Use the Atlas name, logo, or brand to imply endorsement of your own products or services.
• Reproduce or distribute the AI command library as a competing prompt collection.

4. Bundle License

The Atlas Digital Business Bundle includes all three paid Atlas products under a single unified license. The same terms apply to each included product. Purchasing the bundle does not grant additional rights beyond the individual product licenses.

5. Open-Source Components

Atlas products incorporate selected open-source components under their respective MIT licenses. These components remain governed by their original licenses. All third-party notices are preserved in the THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md file included with each product and in the project repository.

6. AI Command System Specifics

The Atlas AI Command System contains originally authored AI command shortcuts. Slash commands (e.g., /summarize) are prompt conventions developed by Atlas — they are not official built-in ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini commands. You may use these commands with any LLM, but you may not redistribute the command library as a competing product.

7. Automation Pack Specifics

The Atlas Business Automation Pack contains n8n workflow templates that are researched, adapted, tested, and documented by Atlas. While the underlying n8n platform is open-source, the specific workflow configurations, documentation, and Atlas adaptations are licensed under this Digital Product License. You may use and modify workflows for your own business, but may not redistribute them as a competing product.

8. Website Launch Kit Specifics

The Atlas Website Launch Kit is an Atlas-developed Next.js starter incorporating MIT-licensed components (including shadcn/ui). You may use it as a foundation for your own websites and client projects. You may not resell the kit itself as a template or starter product.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the product and destroy all copies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including warranty disclaimers and liability limitations) shall remain in effect.

10. No Warranty

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Atlas does not guarantee that products will meet your requirements or operate without errors. You are responsible for evaluating product suitability before purchase.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
