Digital Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Method

All Atlas products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. After confirmed payment, you receive a secure download link by email, along with your license key and order confirmation.

2. Delivery Process

The delivery process follows these steps:

• You complete checkout via Stripe.
• Stripe sends a signed webhook to our server confirming payment.
• We verify the webhook signature to ensure authenticity.
• We create a download entitlement linked to your order (idempotently).
• A secure, expiring download token is generated.
• You receive an email containing the download link and license key.

3. Download Token Characteristics

• Validity: 72 hours from issuance.
• Download limit: Up to 5 downloads per token.
• Revocable: Tokens can be revoked by Atlas support if compromised.
• Logged: All download attempts are logged (IP, user agent, timestamp).
• Secure: Files are stored in private object storage — never in a public directory.

4. Delivery Time

Under normal circumstances, delivery is instant — the email arrives within seconds of payment confirmation. In rare cases (e.g., email provider delays), it may take up to 5 minutes. Always check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email.

5. Expired or Lost Download Links

If your download link has expired or you have exceeded the download limit, contact support@atlasglobal.store with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will issue a new download link within 1 business day.

6. File Formats

Each product page specifies the file formats included (e.g., PDF, MD, CSV, JSON, ZIP, source code). Ensure you have the appropriate software to open these formats before purchase. Technical requirements are listed on each product page.

7. Private Storage

Product files are stored in private object storage (Supabase Storage or S3-compatible). They are never accessible via a public URL. Downloads are only possible through signed, expiring URLs generated after token validation.

8. License Delivery

Each paid product includes a license key (format: AGT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). The license key is included in your purchase confirmation email and displayed on the secure download page. Save this key — it is your proof of purchase and license entitlement.

9. Technical Failures

If delivery fails due to a technical issue on our end, contact support with your payment confirmation. We will verify the payment and issue your entitlement manually within 1 business day.
